Hi, I’m Coach Sean and I would like to personally welcome you to Armstrong Fitness. My goal is to show you how to build a sustainable fitness and lifestyle routine. Through workshops, retreats and online training, I can teach you how to not only get the body of your dreams but to help you conqueror each day and in-turn your life!

Over the past 10 years I have turned my life around while spending 1000’s of hours studying and learning not only how to exercise and maintain my body, but how a daily routine can be the catalyst for long lasting change. For years I “worked out” using the exercises I thought would make me look the way I wanted but I always seemed to be injured and definitely not seeing the results I thought I should be. I probably would have carried on this way if a tragedy in my life hadn’t pushed me into facing the real issue, my lifestyle and daily routine. When you have poor sleep and nutrition, all the exercise and strength training in the world will not have you looking, and more importantly, feeling the way you want. But with a few small changes to your daily routine, along with safe, simple, fun workouts, you can make long lasting changes that are sustainable for the rest of your life!

The best exercise program, diet etc. is the one you can follow, that means making it fit seamlessly into your lifestyle and daily life. No need to spend hours in the gym (Unless that’s what you enjoy!) to get the body you want along with more energy to do the things that are important in your life. Now, if you are looking to become the next Mr. or Mrs. Olympia, I’m not the trainer for you. But if you want to change your life, your body, and feel better, I can show you the way.
